Try out our method! We will assess your body's alignment. Together we will choose exercises designed to train your muscles to carry your body strongly and efficiently. You will "try on" each exercise until we find the combination that works best for you. Renee will explain as we go and teach you about your body.
16 hour-long sessions. We will work to build routines that make life feel better. We will assess your body and build a routine based on your imbalances. You exercise daily. We check-in weekly and readjust as your muscles begin to balance and your body learns better habits. Once you are feeling better and the routine feels good, we will space out visits and build optional routines to give variety, target more areas, and build more resilience and balance. Includes: a routine built for you, feedback, support, continuing visits, and additional routines. You will understand what your body needs, and get routines that can do and that improve how you feel. This package will allow us to work with your body as it re-balances, hone in on weaknesses and work to find keys to unlock long-standing problems.
8 hour-long sessions. All of the elements you need to start feeling better. We build a routine from the ground up based on your body's imbalances. You exercise daily. We check in weekly and readjust as your muscles begin to balance and your body learns better habits. Includes: a routine built for you, feedback, support, and continuing visits. This will get you on a solid foundation. You will understand what your body needs, and get routines that you can do and that improve how you feel.
