1 Session


  • Try out our method! We will assess your body's alignment. Together we will choose exercises designed to train your muscles to carry your body strongly and efficiently. You will "try on" each exercise until we find the combination that works best for you. Renee will explain as we go and teach you about your body.

8 Sessions


  • 8 hour-long sessions. All of the elements you need to start feeling better. We build a routine from the ground up based on your body's imbalances. You exercise daily. We check in weekly and readjust as your muscles begin to balance and your body learns better habits. Includes: a routine built for you, feedback, support, and continuing visits. This will get you on a solid foundation. You will understand what your body needs, and get routines that you can do and that improve how you feel.
